Scissor lift on a trailer is a 19ft electric scissor for operation on flat, level concrete only. 

Does your house have the required water pressure?  

Suggestion: As a guide if your water source (i.e standard hose connection) can fill a 20 litre bucket in under 90 seconds it should have the required water pressure.
